Depuis le temps que je la vois gratouiller ces papiers la frangine, je me doutais bien qu’elle finirait par nous faire une recherche de ce genre. Et comme je connais bien les régions dont elle parle, de Saint Bertrand du Comminges (Lugdunum) à Saint Lizier (et sa Belisama), des sources de Bretagne aux lavoirs de Sologne, je me suis régalé à découvrir les profils de ces « féminins » qui y furent vénérés. Je comprends maintenant pourquoi elle visitait chaque petite chapelle perdue, chaque lieu sacré dédié aux saintes patronnes, chaque grotte où se cachaient dit-on les « hadas », ces dames blanches. Je comprends aussi pourquoi elle fait des crêpes en février et en garde une en haut de son armoire. Soit, c’est un ouvrage de recherche et d’analyse sur ce Féminin qui nous avait échappé, une réflexion à mener sur le comment nous voyons et traitons les femmes, et notre propre « anima » nous les hommes, mais entre les lignes c’est aussi nous rappeler toute la poésie que portent ces croyances, ces mythologies et qu’il serait bien temps de nous re –éveiller à leur essence.
